With deep expertise in operations, finance, and logistics, he brings both strategic insight and practical execution to every aspect of the business. His ability to align operational performance with each client’s vision continues to drive the company’s reputation for excellence on a national scale.

    Brad Doyle leads the strategic development and execution of food and beverage operations for Southern Hospitality Concessions LLC. With more than two decades of experience managing the full operational lifecycle of large-scale events, he brings a strong ability to build high-performing systems that balance guest experience, efficiency, and profitability. Known for translating complex operational demands into streamlined execution, Brad plays a key role in delivering consistent excellence across the company’s diverse portfolio of events and venues.

    Robert Fisher is a veteran live-events professional with more than 30 years of experience in food and beverage operations, venue partnerships, and large-scale events. Rob’s key strength is his ability to understand each client’s needs and develop tailored solutions that align with their goals.  Rob’s deep operational background strengthens his sales approach, giving him practical insight into how events and venues function at every level. His ability to pair relationship-building with operational understanding makes him a trusted partner to clients across the country.

    Jorge Padilla oversees food and beverage operations with a focus on quality, variety, and guest experience. Jorge is known for his innovative approach to product curation and menu customization. In addition, he leads key areas of staffing management and operational logistics, helping ensure every program is well-supported, efficient, and successfully executed.
